I love the cute packaging. When you open the packet the smokey flavor hits you immediately. I made some jerk chicken breast and jerk porkchops. Both meats were flavorful with a nice balance between heat and spice bringing back childhood memories of my Mom's cooking Sunday dinner. It is easy to use with instructions on the packaging.
